Les Passerelles are training modules combining theoretical input and practical demonstrations, designed to progressively support managers in understanding and mastering the functional expertise challenges that matter most to their ability to act.
On completing a Passerelle, the manager is able to draw on techniques and reference points to handle a targeted managerial situation (e.g. appraisal interviews, conflict management, performance monitoring…). le manager est capable de mobiliser des techniques et des repères pour faire face à une situation managériale ciblée (ex. : entretien, gestion de conflit, pilotage d’activité…).
