Be better prepared to act
What is essential is built from within
Les Essentiels, Les Essentiels are powerful, focused short programmes made up of 3 experiential learning modules. They are designed to support managers on the most defining intra-personal challenges of their managerial stance. Across 3 full-day workshops spread over 2 months, each programme allows for an in-depth exploration of a key theme — identity, authority, self-perception, emotions, overload… — to develop greater self-awareness, reposition oneself, and act with more clarity, alignment, and impact. A short, concrete, and transformative format for (re)finding meaning and momentum in one's management practice. Because the foundations of team management are built from within.
On completing an Essentiel, the manager is able to adjust their managerial positioning in line with their own reference points, their deeper motivations, and their contribution to the organisation. le manager est capable d’ajuster son positionnement managérial en fonction de ses propres repères, de ses motivations profondes et de sa contribution au profit de l’organisation.
