The first episode is here… Margaux takes the floor! (in French)

For this first episode of Pour de vrai, we chose to give the floor to Margaux Paul, Project Manager at COGITIS Jussieu Secours. This 24-year-old professional is a compelling embodiment of the next generation of managers. Through her own journey, she offers a thoughtful and honest reflection on managerial identity: self-awareness as the starting point for action, the gradual learning of the manager's role, and conflict management as a revealer of managerial stance. Margaux also explores the tension between over-adaptation and authenticity, the necessity of setting boundaries, and the art of embodying fair authority. A vivid, demanding, and inspiring account that opens this series with brilliance — firmly rooted in the concrete realities of frontline management.
